A big thank you to Gleeds for hosting and providing breakfast.
And a massive thank you to our amazing panel: Sara Eggers Richard Golding MRICS Lewis Barker MCR.w Beth Wootton
My key takeaways: π Amenity is about creating a destination which genuinely encourages employees to the workplace; π Whilst there is an element of box-ticking, occupiers prioritise quality over quantity; πAmenity design needs to focus on the whole life of a building and consider how spaces are actually used and experienced day to day; π Integration of technology and MEP is just as critical as look and feel. Occupiers value spaces which perform just as well as they look; π Occupiers are now reviewing entire landlord portfolios and not just individual buildings to ensure consistency of offer; π And the future π... our panel predicated greater use of technology and a shift towards campus-style amenity environments.
