It is fantastic to be sharing the latest progress on our work at The Delft, GPE’s new office development in London Bridge. Set along the banks of the River Thames, this project sets a new standard for sustainable construction.   Following Multiplex’s site possession at the end of 2025, the project has reached a key milestone, with the installation of the precast façade panels now well underway. The innovative use of the river barge for delivery and installation throughout the project to date, has been integral to the success of the works, providing much‑needed resilience as well as reducing vehicle movements, on a logistically challenging site.

With the building now beginning to take its final form, the wider development is progressing into its next major phase - an exciting step forward for the project team.
